General Repairs All general repairs are done in house by the finest goldsmiths, watchmakers and jewelers. Items purchased at Providence Diamond are covered under a two year warranty*. Items not purchased at Providence Diamond are given an estimate or pre-approved price. Services include:

* "High impact damage” or obvious
abuse are not covered under the two year warranty

Designer Repairs While many repairs can be done locally, Providence Diamond prefers to send certain designer pieces directly back to the manufacturer for repair and maintenance. This process takes a longer, as it goes to the country of origin. This insures that the jewelry receives only the finest service from its original designer retaining its brand integrity.
