At Providence Diamond, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure shopping experience — whether you are ordering online or picking up in-store. Below you will find all the information regarding shipping options, delivery timelines, and our updated return policy.
Shipping Information
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses using trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Customized or special orders may require additional production time.

Delivery Notes:
- Orders over $1,000 require a signature at delivery.
- Orders over $3,000 require an adult signature unless insurance is waived.
- Delivery timelines begin once your order is processed and ready to ship.
- Shipping upgrades apply to shipping speed, not to production or customization time.
- Delays due to weather or carrier service interruptions are beyond our control.
In-Store Pickup
If you choose In-Store Pickup, you will be notified by email once your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid photo ID when picking up your order at our showroom.
Order Tracking

Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return & Exchange Window
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for a refund.
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- A 10% or $300 restocking fee applies to bridal purchases.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging, certificates, and receipt.
Gift recipients are eligible for merchandise credit only. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days.
How to Return Your Purchase
To begin a return, please contact us at 401-946-7070. Our team will guide you through the process, confirm eligibility, and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
Once approved, package the item securely with all original materials, certificates, and a copy of your receipt. For your protection, please do not label the exterior of the box with the word “jewelry” or “Providence Diamond.” If not using a label we provide, we strongly recommend shipping with full insurance and tracking.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- Worn, engraved, altered, or resized items are not eligible for return.
- The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale item(s)
- Special orders or custom pieces
- Pre-Owned Rolex watches
- Estate Jewelry
- Any item worn out of the store
- Timepieces with warranty cards filled out or stickers removed
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Cash and check payments will be refunded via company check. Please allow up to 30 days from the date of receipt for refund processing. Shipping, handling, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
